That was nothing for a long time not eaten such a bad bad citizen

Via the Internet and App already ordered twice, food was on time according to the time and order tracking. Arrived by very nice drivers (one time a young man, the other time a nice young woman) took the food, unpacked, and off we go. All wishes were fulfilled, the taste was great. Therefore full marks, 1 *****, more is not possible. Thanks and keep it up !!

Food too expensive for the small portions. I paid 40.- € and had to go to Burger King because I wasn't full. Food was okay and the waiters were nice.

It used to be good, now it's just underground - Philly cheese sandwich is no longer using French fries delivered. Price the same. - Burger Meat is no longer grilled, but only fry fat. - Brioch rolls no longer in the range according to the supplier. - When ordering burgers mostly mushy and french fries, unfortunately every time cold and mushy until now

The absolute best burgers far and wide. We are always very happy to be guests! Also for allergy sufferers e.g. Gluten, there are plenty of alternatives and the burger buns are even extra gluten-free.

Last night we ordered burgers online from Riggs and were bitterly disappointed with the quality! Some of the fries were still raw inside! We looked in vain for caramelized onions and otherwise all burgers looked the same, although we each of us 6 people had ordered different ones !! We could have just ordered from Burger King! Would have been cheaper and also better in taste!

Service and atmosphere very friendly and nice. The quality and taste were good. Only the price-performance ratio is just okay. It's a shame that the burger pettis are pre-frozen. Also a shame, no air conditioning = open doors = wasps.

Best place to chill with friends whilst enjoying best burgers

We had our supplies delivered during the lunch break and were thrilled! The delivery was super on time, the burgers were really warm and the driver was very friendly. Also hardly any plastic, just a small mug for the salad dressing! Class! And it tasted good too.

The quality of the food is fluctuating. There are days when the burgers are really excellent, whereas it can also happen that they are inedible. Pity. The staff is mostly friendly, but sometimes they forget something when ordering by phone.

Flies everywhere and overpriced compared to the portions you get.

For the price the burgers are small, but quality is good.

Good food good restaurants friendly staff

We ordered to pick up and one of the burgers had an extra ingredient, they didn't included it in the burger but we paid for it. Please be more careful about this kind of stuff. Also the fries weren't crispy at all and one of the burger was quite smaller as the others.

Burgers and homemade drinks are delicious. Ambience is great. What more do you want? Can only recommend.

A super cozy American restaurant. Great burger selection and also a good selection. The homemade ice tea is really great it gives it sweetened and unsweetened. The dessert was the madness the best I had eaten in a long time. Here you can end a great day. The team super friendly .. Thank you

Not exactly a hand packed ground beef patty I was expecting, but as my wife often tells me it’s my expirations that are wrong to begin with. :-) none the less the jalapeño burger was good, the sweet potato fries were good too. My daughter thought the brownie Sunday was awesome and the service was great. I would be happy to return...
